SPENT CATALYST
Hydromet Solutions utilises a state-of-art in-house developed process to recover valuable metals from spent industrial catalysts.
Recovery of metals from spent catalysts has been an important topic not only from economic perspective but also for recycling rare natural sources and reducing the catalyst waste to prevent the environment.
Spent hydrotreating catalysts are the valuable resource for Molybdenum (Mo), Vanadium (V), Cobalt (Co) and Nickel (Ni). The catalysts used in hydrocracking processes are source for Nickel (Ni) and Tungsten (W). Spent automotive catalysts are a rich source of important non-ferrous metals such as Platinum (Pt), Palladium (Pd) and Rhodium (Rh).
Hydromet Solutions provides complete technical support for both greenfield and brownfield projects. We have successfully completed various projects on recovery of Molybdenum (Mo) and Vanadium (V) from spent catalysts.
